Privacy Policy

We don't run analytics, we don't set tracking cookies, and this website has no database — nothing you type here is stored on it. The only information we receive is what you deliberately send us through a form, and we use it to reply to you.

Only what you enter into one of our forms. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, details about a project you're considering, and anything you write in a message or application.

Our contact form asks how you heard about us. That's optional, and it's only so we know which of our efforts are working.

We use it to respond to you and to discuss the work you're asking about. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.

When you submit a form, the details are emailed to us and passed to our internal workflow tool, which is how we prepare quotes and keep track of enquiries. Beyond that, submissions live in our email and in the tools we use to run the business — not on this website.

Running a website means using a few outside services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
• Resend delivers the emails our forms generate.
• Zapier receives form submissions so we can turn them into quotes and track enquiries.
• Vimeo hosts our videos. We embed them with Vimeo's “do not track” setting enabled.
• Calendly powers the booking page, if you choose to schedule a call.
• Cloudflare sits in front of the site and may set a security cookie to tell real visitors apart from bots.

We don't use analytics and we don't set advertising or tracking cookies. The services above may set cookies of their own — Cloudflare for security, and Vimeo or Calendly if you interact with an embedded player or scheduler.

Some of our live-stream equipment pages link to products on Amazon and other retailers. Those are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you buy something. It costs you nothing extra, and we only recommend gear we actually use.

We keep enquiries and project correspondence for as long as we need them to do the work and to keep proper business records. If you'd like us to delete yours, ask and we will.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@carbonfilm.tv and we'll sort it out. You don't need a reason.

This site isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
