Irca, a century-old chocolate manufactuer from Italy wanted to capture the passion and spirit of their North American Chef, Monica Kate on video. We spent the afternoon interviewing Chef Monica about what inspired her most in her culinary career. B-roll was captured of Monica making recipes that we’d use for her testimonial video but also for individual “how-to” recipe videos for training purposes.
