Meet Mark McGraw / Sales Engine
Mark McGraw who works with Sandler Training, helps his clients improve their selling abilities. From small groups to several hundred-person sales forces, Sandler trains them all. When the pandemic hit, Mark knew he needed to find a virtual solution that was better than a standard Zoom call. He wanted a professional look that best represented Sandler, and would allow his students to still fully immerse themselves in the training, without the distractions of low-quality broadcasts.
Sandler's Needs
Mark needed an easy-to-operate live stream system for virtually training his clients to improve their sales abilities. He needed to be able to live stream from multiple offices with multiple camera angles. For example, he wanted to teach from his desk, then seamlessly transition to his smartboard during his lessons. He also wanted to ensure professional video & audio quality commensurate to his company’s reputation and skillsets. On top of this, he needed it to within a reasonable budget.
Our Solution
We first established Mark’s needs in our consultation process and walked his facilities to better understand his situation. From there, we translated those needs into a live-stream system that his team could operate with minimal setup time. We created a shopping list based on our best recommendations while finding the best prices across popular retail sites. Once he received all the equipment, we set up the system at his facility, ensured everything worked, and then gave Mark lessons on operating his new live stream setup.
