If you live in a larger city like Atlanta and have recently been looking into purchasing home, you’re probably aware of the sheer number of older, distressed homes that have newly been renovated into modern ranch beauties. Chip and Joanna style. One company at the forefront of this massive opportunity is Residential Capital Management, or RESICAP, a single-family home acquisition company. Formed by two college friends less than ten years ago, RESICAP is now a rapidly growing company with over 10,000 acquisitions and 800 employees. Impressive to say the least. RESICAP does what you might expect. They find distressed homes that need a lot of TLC, bring in their crews and systematically turn the homes into real estate gold. They’ve basically made a science out of this business and it shows. From their work hard/play hard office culture, to proprietary technology that streamlines their operations across every state in the country,  and can-do attitudes, RESICAP knows their business and they do it well.

In 2018, we partnered up with RESICAP to make a video they could use to share what the company’s culture is like at their new office in Buckhead, Atlanta.  We captured interviews with the founders and a variety of employees from all branches discussing what life at RESICAP is like for them. From the hoverboard races to ping pong tables and expansive skyline views, it’s hard to wonder who wouldn’t want to work here.

Now the RESICAP team is able to share this video on their social platforms and job postings for future positions at the company, giving candidates an exciting look into the company  With the internal success of this video, RESICAP decided to tackle another recruiting challenge with video production services. Vendor partnerships are a major part of RESICAP’s success in the home renovation business at this scale. Renovating a home is no small task. It requires teams of specialized crews that can work together. It’s clear that RESICAP truly cares about their vendor relationships and keeping them onboard as long as possible by offering a ton of benefits for their vendors. They decided it was best to hear from the vendors directly on their experiences working with RESICAP, so we made a video!
